Log-hub, the leading Swiss company for supply chain technology, has entered into a partnership with Pledge. Both companies announced this at the German Logistics Congress in Berlin. Pledge is a platform that offers integrated carbon dioxide measurements and analyses for supply chains, as well as a comprehensive marketplace for compensation and reduction technologies. The aim of the partnership is to provide customers with transparency regarding emissions in the supply chain and solutions for climate protection.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Zug\/Berlin) Log-hub’s supply chain solutions include various supply chain apps and an AI-based software that enables users to redesign their networks, optimize their routes and warehouse operations, and forecast customer demand based on the latest machine learning technology. Through the partnership between Log-hub and Pledge, Log-hub’s more than 13,000 customers, including CEVA, DB Schenker, DHL, Henkel, Unilever, and Coca-Cola, are now also able to calculate their CO2<\/sub> footprint and identify the largest sources of emissions.<\/p>\n

Pledge captures the entire complexity of a solid CO2<\/sub> accounting in the supply chain, from data integration to compliance with globally recognized methods and frameworks such as GHG, GLEC, and ICAO.<\/p>\n

Compensation Transactions for Emission Reduction<\/h5>\n

Log-hub will also provide its customers with the opportunity to engage in compensation transactions through Pledge’s marketplace, where access to a wide range of verified projects and technologies for emission reduction is available. The selection of Pledge’s partners is based on the Oxford Principles for Net Zero Aligned Carbon Offsetting, with projects verified by established registries according to strict methods, and emission reduction solutions reviewed by independent climate experts.<\/p>\n
