The Board of Directors is pleased to have found a partner in Rhenus Alpina AG that ensures the continued existence of all business areas. The name Interfracht will remain in use for the time being.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”blog_custom_contentText”]The service offerings of Rhenus Alpina AG and the Interfracht Group complement each other. The Rhenus Group is globally established with a focus on Asia and offers a comprehensive range of services along the supply chain. This opens up new growth opportunities for the Interfracht Group. Interfracht is a member of the CargoLine network and thus has access to a powerful European land transport network, which will strengthen and expand Rhenus’s road services in Switzerland. Both partners also share a similar corporate culture. Additionally, Rhenus is a member of CargoLine at several locations abroad.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”blog_custom_contentText”]\u201cWith this acquisition, Rhenus is further expanding its service offerings in Switzerland and strengthening its market presence.
