Logistics is an essential component in supplying the population with food. Swisstrans will publish a special edition titled &#8222;Food Logistics,&#8220; which will be released as an e-paper in time for the fair and will also be available in print during the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meeting Point for Food Production<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Messe Luzern AG and RUUF AG have launched NovaFood, a new trade fair for food production, which will take place on October 26 and 27, 2026, in Lucerne. This event aims to serve as a national meeting point for industry professionals and focuses on integrated food production, encompassing ecological, economic, and social aspects. Exhibitors will present a wide range of offerings, from production technology to raw materials and marketing strategies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Compact Trade Fair Format<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NovaFood follows a compact trade fair format that offers exhibitors three complete packages at fixed prices. The pre-fabricated stands in different sizes are intended to facilitate an uncomplicated entry into the fair and promote personal conversations. Rudin explains that the focus is not on the space but on personal encounters and sustainable knowledge transfer.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, NovaFood will function not only as a physical trade fair but also as an information and inspiration platform throughout the year. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to present their products and innovations both during the fair and online, increasing the event&#8217;s reach.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pooling Experiences<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With NovaFood, Messe Luzern AG and RUUF AG are expanding their portfolios and bringing their respective experiences to the event. Messe Luzern AG has successfully organized formats in the food sector, while Christian Rudin is well-connected through his initiatives such as CHEESEAFFAIR and GLUG.
