La iniciativa est\u00e1 dirigida a proveedores de carga consolidada, FTL y 4PL, y combina an\u00e1lisis de datos con experiencia operativa en log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es hacer visibles las p\u00e9rdidas de m\u00e1rgenes que a menudo se producen debido a rutas ineficientes, veh\u00edculos insuficientemente utilizados o procesos de planificaci\u00f3n manual. Seg\u00fan Log-hub, muchos de estos costos permanecen ocultos en las operaciones diarias y solo se reconocen a trav\u00e9s de an\u00e1lisis detallados.<\/p>\n<h3>13 \u00e1reas de optimizaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>El programa abarca 13 posibles \u00e1reas de optimizaci\u00f3n.
