El personal ser\u00e1 asumido. Kathrin Kuske seguir\u00e1 siendo la directora general.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Osnabr\u00fcck\/Kloten) Con la creaci\u00f3n de una propia filial suiza, Hellmann asumir\u00e1 a partir de principios de 2023 los servicios de carga a\u00e9rea y mar\u00edtima que hasta ahora eran realizados por ATS-Hellmann, creando as\u00ed las condiciones para seguir ampliando estrat\u00e9gicamente su cartera de productos y su presencia en el mercado suizo.<\/p>\n<p>Desde 1991, ATS-Hellmann ha sido la unidad operativa para el transporte a\u00e9reo y mar\u00edtimo en Suiza y est\u00e1 integrada como socio independiente en la red global de Hellmann. A partir del 1 de enero de 2023, las actividades comerciales anteriores, as\u00ed como el personal, continuar\u00e1n bajo la direcci\u00f3n de la directora general Kathrin Kuske, y se trasladar\u00e1n a la reci\u00e9n creada Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Suiza. Adem\u00e1s, se ha logrado atraer a Manfred Schellhammer como presidente del consejo de administraci\u00f3n para la filial suiza, un experto reconocido en el campo. Hellmann seguir\u00e1 vinculado de manera asociativa con el grupo ATS y continuar\u00e1 utilizando sus ofertas de servicios, entre otras cosas, en el \u00e1rea de manejo de carga a\u00e9rea.
