L&#8217;Association suisse des v\u00e9hicules utilitaires (ASTAG) se montre globalement positive \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9gard des d\u00e9cisions, mais consid\u00e8re que les taux de r\u00e9duction pour les camions \u00e9lectriques constituent un recul.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ASTAG se f\u00e9licite de l&#8217;orientation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la KVF-S concernant la future conception de la LSVA, notamment en ce qui concerne la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de planification et d&#8217;investissement pour le secteur du transport routier. Un point central est que les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques ne seront progressivement soumis \u00e0 la redevance qu&#8217;\u00e0 partir de 2031. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 par la Commission en accord avec le Conseil national. De plus, des compl\u00e9ments importants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9s, comme la d\u00e9termination que les ajustements tarifaires devront d\u00e9sormais se faire avec un pr\u00e9avis de sept ans. Le maintien des plafonds tarifaires existants de la LSVA est \u00e9galement jug\u00e9 positif, car cela contribue \u00e0 la d\u00e9carbonisation continue du transport routier. Thierry Burkart, conseiller aux \u00c9tats et pr\u00e9sident central de l&#8217;ASTAG, souligne : \u00ab La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de planification et d&#8217;investissement est cruciale pour la volont\u00e9 future du secteur de moderniser sa flotte. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9ductions pour camions \u00e9lectriques au centre des pr\u00e9occupations<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;ASTAG critique la d\u00e9cision de la KVF-S de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement les r\u00e9ductions minimales pour les camions \u00e9lectriques et d&#8217;introduire une fourchette de r\u00e9duction. L&#8217;association souligne que la Suisse joue un r\u00f4le de pionnier dans l&#8217;\u00e9lectrification du transport lourd. Le fait que plus de 20 % des nouveaux v\u00e9hicules lourds immatricul\u00e9s soient \u00e9lectriques est principalement d\u00fb \u00e0 l&#8217;exemption totale actuelle de la LSVA.<\/p>\n<p>Les co\u00fbts d&#8217;acquisition plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s des camions \u00e9lectriques, qui d\u00e9passent plus du double d&#8217;un mod\u00e8le conventionnel, ainsi que les investissements consid\u00e9rables dans l&#8217;infrastructure de recharge propre repr\u00e9sentent un d\u00e9fi. Sans r\u00e9ductions ad\u00e9quates sur la LSVA, il est presque impossible d&#8217;amortir ces co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires. Burkart avertit : \u00ab Si les conditions-cadres ne sont pas favorables, la Suisse risque de perdre ses avanc\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9carbonisation du transport lourd. \u00bb L&#8217;ASTAG appelle donc le Conseil des \u00c9tats \u00e0 prendre davantage en compte les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques de la d\u00e9carbonisation et \u00e0 fixer les r\u00e9ductions conform\u00e9ment
