Depuis 15 ans, le cluster logistique renforce la visibilit\u00e9 du secteur, favorise le r\u00e9seautage et cr\u00e9e une compr\u00e9hension du fonctionnement de la logistique ainsi que de ses pr\u00e9occupations. La r\u00e9gion de B\u00e2le est positionn\u00e9e comme un site logistique de premier plan en Suisse.<\/p>\n

Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, de nombreuses initiatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre, notamment :<\/p>\n

– D\u00e9veloppement d’un concept de transport de marchandises urbain et trinational.
\n– Pr\u00e9sence au salon de la logistique \u00e0 Munich, qui a mis le cluster logistique de la r\u00e9gion de B\u00e2le sous les projecteurs.
\n– \u00c9laboration du guide \u00ab Logistique durable \u00bb, qui a rassembl\u00e9 des exemples de bonnes pratiques pour l’engagement du secteur en vue d’atteindre des objectifs de durabilit\u00e9.
\n– Participation \u00e0 des salons de l’emploi et coordination de journ\u00e9es de l’avenir pour promouvoir la rel\u00e8ve dans le secteur.
\n– Remise du Digital Innovation Award.
\n– R\u00e9alisation de campagnes d’image et d’un concours qui a pos\u00e9 des questions sur la logistique aux auditeurs de Radio Basilisk pendant un an.
\n– Contribution \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration d’une strat\u00e9gie trinationales pour les surfaces logistiques.<\/p>\n

Avec la fin de la p\u00e9riode strat\u00e9gique actuelle en 2026, la cinqui\u00e8me p\u00e9riode strat\u00e9gique du cluster logistique sera achev\u00e9e. Les cantons de B\u00e2le-Campagne et de B\u00e2le-Ville ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se retirer de la direction du cluster logistique \u00e0 la fin de cette p\u00e9riode. Cette d\u00e9cision ne r\u00e9sulte pas d’une diminution de l’importance de la logistique, mais d’une r\u00e9orientation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale dans la r\u00e9partition des contributions financi\u00e8res et du soutien \u00e0 l’innovation intersectorielle.<\/p>\n

Cependant, les deux cantons ont signal\u00e9 qu’ils continueraient \u00e0 soutenir des projets et des initiatives du secteur logistique et qu’ils collaboreront \u00e0 l’avenir de mani\u00e8re projet par projet avec le cluster logistique. Le canton de B\u00e2le-Ville soutient le secteur logistique dans le cadre de programmes d’innovation existants, tandis que le canton de B\u00e2le-Campagne continuera \u00e0 fournir un soutien financier pour les projets du cluster logistique.<\/p>\n

Les repr\u00e9sentants des associations professionnelles et des op\u00e9rateurs d’infrastructure au sein du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif sont convaincus que le cluster logistique peut \u00eatre conduit ensemble vers un nouvel avenir. Les d\u00e9fis de la logistique dans la r\u00e9gion demeurent.<\/p>\n

Le cluster logistique s’engage \u00e0 ce que la logistique obtienne les conditions-cadres fiables et l’importance dont elle a besoin pour jouer son r\u00f4le central dans l’\u00e9conomie et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Les r\u00e9sultats d’une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e au sein de la communaut\u00e9 du cluster logistique au printemps 2026 confirment que le r\u00e9seautage entre les acteurs ainsi que la repr\u00e9sentation des int\u00e9r\u00eats aupr\u00e8s de la politique et de l’administration sont d’une grande importance.<\/p>\n

Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces pr\u00e9occupations, le cluster logistique sera r\u00e9orient\u00e9 sur le plan contenu et financier. En collaboration avec le comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif, une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie avec des priorit\u00e9s, des objectifs et des activit\u00e9s pour les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es sera \u00e9labor\u00e9e. Un \u00e9change r\u00e9gulier avec les administrations cantonales ainsi qu’une collaboration projet par projet sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vus pour \u00e9tablir des conditions-cadres fiables.<\/p>\n
