Kathrin Kuske reste directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Osnabr\u00fcck\/Kloten) Avec la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale suisse, Hellmann prendra au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2023 en charge l&rsquo;ensemble des services de fret a\u00e9rien et maritime jusqu&rsquo;alors assur\u00e9s par ATS-Hellmann, cr\u00e9ant ainsi les conditions pour d\u00e9velopper strat\u00e9giquement son portefeuille de produits et sa pr\u00e9sence sur le march\u00e9 en Suisse.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 1991, ATS-Hellmann est l&rsquo;entit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle pour les transports a\u00e9riens et maritimes en Suisse et est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e en tant que partenaire autonome dans le r\u00e9seau mondial de Hellmann. \u00c0 partir du 1er janvier 2023, les activit\u00e9s commerciales existantes ainsi que le personnel \u2013 toujours sous la direction de la directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale Kathrin Kuske \u2013 seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 la nouvelle Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Suisse. De plus, Manfred Schellhammer, un expert reconnu, a \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9 en tant que pr\u00e9sident du conseil d&rsquo;administration pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale suisse. Hellmann reste en partenariat avec le groupe ATS et continuera \u00e0 utiliser ses offres de services, notamment dans le domaine de la manutention de fret a\u00e9rien.
