K\u00fchne+Nagel ha acquisito le attivit\u00e0 di trasporto terrestre della LSL\u2011Lohm\u00f6ller Spedition und Logistik GmbH a Rheine. L’azienda, attiva dal 1930, offre diversi servizi di trasporto, tra cui trasporti di carico parziale (LTL) e carico completo (FTL). Questa acquisizione fa parte della strategia di K\u00fchne+Nagel di espandere ulteriormente la rete di trasporto terrestre europea. In precedenza, l’azienda aveva gi\u00e0 acquisito TDN in Spagna.<\/p>\n

Integrazione nelle strutture esistenti<\/h3>\n

La Lohm\u00f6ller Spedition \u00e8 un’azienda a conduzione familiare con una vasta esperienza nel settore della logistica e un chiaro focus sulle soluzioni digitali. La sede principale dell’azienda si trova nel nord-ovest della Germania, una regione di grande importanza per il trasporto merci su strada. Nel 2024, Lohm\u00f6ller ha registrato un fatturato di 23,5 milioni di euro con le sue attivit\u00e0 di trasporto terrestre.<\/p>\n

Con l’acquisizione, la rete nazionale di trasporto merci e terrestre di K\u00fchne+Nagel in Germania sar\u00e0 ulteriormente rafforzata. Complessivamente, 142 specialisti della logistica e 50 camion saranno integrati nella rete esistente. Inoltre, l’acquisizione consolider\u00e0 la posizione di K\u00fchne+Nagel all’interno dell’IDS (Sistemi di Distribuzione Internazionale), una delle pi\u00f9 grandi cooperative di carico in Germania, di cui Lohm\u00f6ller \u00e8 membro fin dall’inizio del 2026.<\/p>\n

Benedikt Lohm\u00f6ller, che parla a nome del gruppo Lohm\u00f6ller, ha sottolineato la gi\u00e0 esistente partnership tra le due aziende nel settore della logistica internazionale dal 2018. Ha dichiarato che entrambe le aziende si conoscono bene e condividono valori simili nel rapporto con clienti e dipendenti, il che rende la collaborazione un’ideale integrazione.<\/p>\n

Le attivit\u00e0 di logistica contrattuale e i servizi industriali del gruppo Lohm\u00f6ller non fanno parte dell’acquisizione e rimarranno presso gli attuali proprietari. L’acquisizione \u00e8 soggetta alle consuete condizioni di chiusura contrattuale e si prevede per marzo 2024.<\/p>\n
