In questo contesto, sono stati approvati il bilancio consolidato e il bilancio annuale per l&#8217;anno 2025, con un fatturato operativo di 7.305 milioni di franchi e un utile consolidato di 315 milioni di franchi. Rispetto all&#8217;anno precedente, il risultato annuale \u00e8 diminuito, principalmente a causa del mercato dei francobolli in calo e delle strutture di costo prevalentemente fisse. Questi fattori continuano a mettere sotto pressione i ricavi della Posta.<\/p>\n<h3>Riorientamento strategico entro il 2030<\/h3>\n<p>Per garantire un servizio di base finanziariamente sostenibile senza fondi pubblici, la Posta prevede di affinare la propria strategia esistente entro il 2030. Questo \u00e8 stato gi\u00e0 annunciato nella comunicazione sul risultato annuale. La Posta intende rafforzare la propria attivit\u00e0 nei settori della logistica, comunicazione, mobilit\u00e0 e servizi finanziari. L&#8217;accento sar\u00e0 posto sulla crescita organica in questi mercati chiave, piuttosto che su acquisizioni. Possibili adeguamenti dei prezzi e riduzioni dei costi interni fanno anch&#8217;essi parte di questa strategia.<\/p>\n<p>In questo contesto, la divisione per lo Stato quest&#8217;anno ammonter\u00e0 a 80 milioni di franchi, corrispondente a una diminuzione del 20 percento rispetto all&#8217;anno precedente. Inoltre, lo Stato ricever\u00e0 un&#8217;assegnazione straordinaria di 70 milioni di franchi, derivante dalla vendita della partecipazione del 50 percento di PostFinance nell&#8217;app finanziaria Yuh. In totale, quindi, 150 milioni di franchi affluiscono nelle casse dello Stato.<\/p>\n<h3>Sollevamento del Consiglio di amministrazione e limiti salariali<\/h3>\n<p>Nell&#8217;ambito dell&#8217;Assemblea generale \u00e8 stato inoltre constatato che la Posta ha rispettato i limiti per le indennit\u00e0 del Consiglio di amministrazione e i salari della direzione aziendale nel 2025. Lo Stato ha approvato i limiti per i salari dell&#8217;esercizio 2027. I membri del Consiglio di amministrazione hanno ricevuto il pieno sollevamento per l&#8217;esercizio 2025. Poich\u00e9 i membri del Consiglio di amministrazione sono stati confermati per due anni lo scorso anno, quest&#8217;anno non si \u00e8 svolta alcuna rielezione.<\/p>\n<h3>Necessit\u00e0 di una modernizzazione del mandato di servizio universale<\/h3>\n<p>Il Consiglio di amministrazione sottolinea che, oltre ad ulteriori misure di efficienza e di prezzo, \u00e8 necessaria una modernizzazione completa delle normative regolatorie. L&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 che la Svizzera benefici di un mandato di servizio universale che si orienti sulle reali esigenze delle clienti e dei clienti. Senza riforme adeguate, c&#8217;\u00e8 il rischio che l&#8217;offerta diventi non pi\u00f9 rilevante e troppo costosa. Il Consiglio federale ha gi\u00e0 annunciato una revisione legislativa completa, sostenuta dalla Posta.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.post.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
