(Osnabr\u00fcck\/Kloten) Con la fondazione di una propria societ\u00e0 nazionale svizzera, Hellmann assumer\u00e0 all’inizio del 2023 i servizi finora forniti da ATS-Hellmann nel settore del trasporto aereo e marittimo internazionale, creando cos\u00ec le condizioni per espandere strategicamente il portafoglio prodotti e la sua presenza sul mercato in Svizzera.<\/p>\n

Dal 1991, ATS-Hellmann \u00e8 l’unit\u00e0 operativa in Svizzera per i trasporti aerei e marittimi ed \u00e8 integrata come partner indipendente nella rete globale di Hellmann. A partire dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 2023, le attivit\u00e0 commerciali esistenti e il personale \u2013 sempre sotto la direzione dell’amministratrice delegata Kathrin Kuske \u2013 saranno trasferiti nella nuova Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Svizzera. Inoltre, \u00e8 stato coinvolto Manfred Schellhammer, un esperto riconosciuto, come presidente del consiglio di amministrazione per la societ\u00e0 nazionale svizzera. Hellmann rimarr\u00e0 in partnership con il gruppo ATS e continuer\u00e0 a utilizzare i loro servizi, tra cui il handling delle merci aeree, anche in futuro. Entrambe le aziende vedono in questo passo una continuazione coerente della lunga partnership con diverse attivit\u00e0 focalizzate nel futuro.<\/p>\n
