A entrega dos parceiros de servi\u00e7o su\u00ed\u00e7os dever\u00e1 ser realizada a partir do Centro de Log\u00edstica em Reutlingen, no sul da Alemanha. Essa decis\u00e3o foi comunicada hoje aos cerca de 60 colaboradores do local em Wetzikon, e um procedimento de consulta foi iniciado.<\/p>\n<h3>Mudan\u00e7as estruturais no mercado automotivo<\/h3>\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos anos, o mercado automotivo na Europa e na Su\u00ed\u00e7a passou por uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o fundamental. O desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico criou novas exig\u00eancias para o servi\u00e7o e o fornecimento de pe\u00e7as. Para atender \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es atuais do mercado e garantir a competitividade, a Mercedes-Benz decidiu consolidar sua rede log\u00edstica de pe\u00e7as de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o. O fechamento do Centro de Log\u00edstica em Wetzikon faz parte dessa estrat\u00e9gia.<\/p>\n<p>A Mercedes-Benz demonstra compreens\u00e3o pelos desafios que um fechamento traz para os colaboradores afetados. A empresa examinou diferentes cen\u00e1rios e atualmente est\u00e1 considerando a op\u00e7\u00e3o de fechamento, embora ainda n\u00e3o tenha sido tomada uma decis\u00e3o final.<\/p>\n<h3>Procedimento de consulta e apoio aos colaboradores<\/h3>\n<p>O fechamento do Centro de Log\u00edstica em Wetzikon afetaria mais de 60 colaboradores. Parte das fun\u00e7\u00f5es pode ser transferida para o local em Schlieren ou para o exterior europeu. Os funcion\u00e1rios afetados foram informados pessoalmente sobre os planos hoje, e um procedimento de consulta foi iniciado para desenvolver solu\u00e7\u00f5es em conjunto.<\/p>\n<p>No caso de um fechamento definitivo do local, um plano social ser\u00e1 aplicado. Este inclui, entre outras coisas, indeniza\u00e7\u00f5es por rescis\u00e3o, a possibilidade de aposentadoria antecipada e consultoria de recoloca\u00e7\u00e3o.
