Dec 6, 2024 at 3:07 PMThe Swiss commercial vehicle trade fair transport.ch, taking place from November 5 to 8, 2025, in Bern, is already seeing a positive number of registrations about a year before the event. The new “Cube” building of the fair in Bern provides a reduced yet partially modern space. The organizer is using this opportunity for a new orientation and a redesigned accompanying digital platform.
(Bern) Demand continues to rise. “With over 50 registrations from exhibitors, we have already occupied 30% of the space,” explained Jean Daniel Goetschi, CEO of Expotrans AG, at the info event on November 21, 2024, in Bern, adding: “Given new interested parties and the reduced space due to the fair, it is not advisable to wait with the registration.” The company presented its expanded concept for transport.ch to 80 interested exhibitors at Bernexpo, which will henceforth rest on two pillars: the fair and the portal under transport.ch.
A name as a central brand
The transport.ch 2025, which will take place from November 5 to 8, 2025, with the support of industry associations as the 13th edition of the fair, will again appear as the industry meeting point under one name as a central brand. Additionally, its services will now also cover the 24 months between the fairs with its digital industry portal transport.ch. “The fourth industrial revolution affects us all,” Goetschi stated, “and we will collectively get the digital curve.” With the registration, every exhibitor will now receive their extended presence in the digital company directory from April 2025 to March 30, 2027, for which Expotrans AG offers assistance in creating and maintaining search engine optimized content. A marketplace for the industry, news, an event calendar, and current fair information complete the offering. The portal transport.ch, which is continuously being developed into the most far-reaching gateway for the entire industry, now provides exhibitors with additional and reliable continuity through the expanded digital counterpart to their physical presence at the fair.
The new exhibition hall “Cube” of Bernexpo will be part of the transport.ch 2025 fair.
Exhibitors could contribute to the improvement
In five workshops, both long-standing exhibitors and new interested parties, who traveled from Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, and Italy, had the opportunity to present their wishes and suggestions for improving the fair’s processes and the new concept of transport.ch. A construction site tour through Bernexpo, including the newly designed “Festhalle,” the “Cube,” and the foyer, concluded an event that, a year before the next fair, introduced the expanded profile of transport.ch 2025 to interested representatives of the industry.
