Oct 2, 2025 at 3:27 PMAs of January 1, 2026, Planzer Transport AG will take over the dispatch and driving personnel as well as the vehicles from Papyrus Schweiz AG. Employees, expertise, and distribution locations will be retained. Papyrus is thus strengthening its market position and ensuring high service quality in the long term. Through this transaction, two strong companies are pooling their competencies in logistics and distribution.

As part of this partnership, Planzer will take over the dispatch and driving personnel as well as the vehicles from Papyrus Schweiz on January 1, 2026. This ensures that the employees and their expertise are retained. The current distribution locations in Dintikon, St. Gallen, and Bern will continue to operate, and deliveries will be carried out as usual.
