Apr 9, 2026 at 11:41 AMH55 has delivered the first commercial, certifiable propulsion battery modules to BRMAero to advance the program of the all-electric aircraft „Bristell B23 Energic.“ The delivery is part of the next phase of the aircraft’s integration, which relies on electric propulsion technologies, as reported by BRMAero.
According to the company, the new battery modules are intended for mechanical integration into the electric propulsion system and contribute to validation at the aircraft level. H55 states that this step represents a significant advancement in the development of the „Bristell B23 Energic,“ with the first deliveries scheduled for the end of 2027.
The production capacity for the first two years of operation is already secured through orders in the USA and Europe, the company reports. H55 emphasizes that the delivered energy storage systems are not only ready for certification but also adaptable to meet the various integration and operational requirements of different aircraft programs. „As strong market demand is already evident, we are now decisively moving from development to large-scale implementation,“ said Rob Solomon, CEO of H55.
