With HAEUSLER AG from Duggingen, Ideal-Tek from Balerna, and Wilco from Wohlen, three Swiss companies have made it to the finals of the „Export Award 2026.“ The award is presented by Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) and recognizes the achievements of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in international business, as stated by the company. The announcement of the winner will take place on April 23, 2026, during the Foreign Trade Forum at the Congress House in Zurich.
Selection process and criteria
A total of six companies were nominated for the Export Award. A jury, consisting of representatives from business, media, and academia, selected the three finalists. The jury evaluated the companies based on their market penetration strategies and their unique selling propositions in international business.
Switzerland Global Enterprise emphasizes that the three selected companies successfully operate in a challenging global environment due to their internationalization strategies. The company that wins the final will receive the award from Ruth Metzler-Arnold, Chairwoman of the Board of S-GE.
