Validato supports AEO & C-TPAT compliance
May 22, 2026 at 8:16 AMThe Swiss firm Log-hub has introduced a new programme designed to assist logistics services providers in reducing hidden operating costs. The initiative targets groupage, FTL and 4PL providers and combines data analysis with operational logistics expertise.
The goal is to make margin losses visible, which often arise from inefficient routes, underutilised vehicles, or manual planning processes. According to Log-hub, many of these costs remain hidden in day-to-day operations and are only recognised through detailed analyses.
13 fields of optimisation
The programme includes 13 potential areas for optimisation. In groupage traffic, network transparency and route planning are the focus, while in FTL traffic, vehicle utilisation and the reduction of empty trips are analysed. For 4PL providers, network management and automated planning are among the areas to be improved.
Implementation occurs in several steps—from an initial analysis to the introduction of concrete measures. Log-hub points out that most companies already possess the necessary data, but often do not use it systematically.
Founded in Switzerland in 2017, Log-hub helps companies transform supply chain challenges into data-driven decisions through supply chain apps, customised data analyses and its team of 50 experts in Switzerland, Germany, the USA, Serbia and India.
