Messe Luzern AG and RUUF AG have launched NovaFood, a new trade fair for food production, which will take place on October 26 and 27, 2026, in Lucerne. This event aims to serve as a national meeting point for industry professionals and focuses on integrated food production, encompassing ecological, economic, and social aspects. Christian Rudin, project manager and managing director of RUUF AG, emphasizes that NovaFood covers all areas of the information and value chain of Swiss food production.
