The Felix Transport AG has announced that it will acquire Steiner Logistic AG, based in Zeiningen, on July 1, 2026. This decision is part of a succession plan in which the current owners, Margrith Müller-Steiner and Beat Steiner, will hand over their company to the Felix family.
